Running

Starting off 30 days of consistent running. This was inspired after I saw a reel I saw of a lady who was talking about how many runs it took before she got over X pain. (ie. stopped feeling pain, etc.)

My plan is to run 30 minutes each day for 30 days consistently. It can be slow, doesn't matter.

Today, I ran for 30 minutes and it was slightly painful. I felt pain in my calves and shins but just kept going nice and slow. I ran around the panhandle.

It took me about 15 mins to get to one edge of the panhandle and turn around. Once I turned around, I took my glasses off and it felt like the ground was warping around my feet. It felt amazing. Micro dosage of a runner's high.

Overall felt amazing. Onwards. 🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️
