Running

Skipped yesterday so I could hit legs.

Ran today. Did some walking in between as I was sore from yesterday.

I need to do more leg training specifically for marathon training.

Ran a 14 min mile at 230lbs. Imagine how much faster I'll be if I weighed 50lbs less.

Onwards 🏃🏽‍♂️‍➡️
