Day 6 of 30
Didn't want to run at all today. Feeling like shit today. Just mentally a messy day. Behind on work and old wounds being opened up. Realizing that I haven't fully healed from some shit that happened what seems like forever ago.
Ran to Japantown and then down Gough. Hit a shoulder workout and then walked up the hill.
I did it.
Pain in the left leg below the knee, kind of in the shin area. I think it's from going downhill and putting a lot of pressure on the legs.
Being mindful of it.
Onwards.
